Experience: Min 3 years experience in Health Insurance sector only.

JOB PURPOSE
1. Build Health Focused Agency Force
2. Achieve Budgeted Sales Targets (Retail Health Products only)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as IRDA agent or POSP
2. Handholding of Advisors
3. Will be responsible for Training of Advisors
4. Ownership and Servicing of Advisors
5. Drive Advisor activation and progression
