13) Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia launched a mobile music classroom and recording studio which aims to assist children of Delhi government schools in pursuing their passion in music.
➨It is India’s first ‘Mobile Music Bus’, and aims to train children through a media-based curriculum, including audio production and film production, to help them build sustainable careers in these fields.
14) The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, conferred the National Florence Nightingale Awards 2020 at a virtual ceremony.
➨The award was presented to 51 health care workers and nurses for their selfless dedication and compassion, especially during COVID-19 pandemic.
➨The National Florence Nightingale Award was instituted by the Government of India in 1973 and are named after Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing.

18) Eminent litterateur, social worker and former editor of Odia daily 'The Samaja' Manorama Mohapatra passed away here. She was 87.
➨Born on June 10, 1934, Mohapatra inherited the mantle of editorship of the Odia daily from her father Dr Radhanath Rath in 1998.
➨Her first book ‘Juar Jeiunthi Uthe’, a collection of revolutionary poems on women empowerment, was published in 1960.
19) India’s Pankaj Advani successfully defended the Asian Snooker Championship at the Al Messila, a luxury collection resort & spa, in Doha, Qatar.
➨The 36-year-old triumphed in 2019 but in 2017 he was the runner-up. In 2019, Pankaj also became the only player who won the titles in all forms of billiards, snooker, 6Reds, and 10Reds competitions.

23) India and Nepal began a 14-day combined battalion-level military exercise, called ‘Surya Kiran’, in Uttarakhand's Pithoragarh.
