This is Bashir Ahmad Baba, from downtown Srinagar. He spent 12 years in jail in a wrongful Imprisonment. He was jailed under UAPA for 12 long years for a crime he never committed. Court acquitted him of all charges and released after spending 12 years of his youth in jail.
